The fund was founded in 2013 after Noel’s passing. Founded by his childhood friends and family, we aim to keep his legacy in education alive for generations to come.
Our goal is to grant one scholarship per year to a college-bound student from Eastern Lebanon County (ELCO). Preference given to a future education major, but it is open to ALL graduating seniors who intend to pursue post-secondary education.
The award will be sent to the directly to the student’s institution prior to the first year of college.
